The UI is intuitive... adding / removing / changing products is no problem. The API perfect for my needs. Customer service is responsive. I've been using it happily for years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It sometimes gets "tricked" by weird websites, but it's sort of understandable... it's really a problem of the websites (showing one price for a second, and then showing another price) than of Prisync. We love the way Prisycn keeps us informed regarding our pricing compared to competitors. The dynamic pricing function takes a bit of time to work out, but really is helpful. Dealings with staff, both pre-sale and post-sale have been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pulling together competitor data for about 1,000 products was very time-consuming. But that said, Prisync does offer a service where they'll do this for you. It costs extra, but I think on reflection we should have used that service. In terms of Prisync itself, it's pretty easy to use, but if you get stuck the support staff is extremely responsive and helpful. I just needed to get updates made on 140 products and contacted support with a query regarding this. They immediately offered to do it for me. Very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
