What I like best about Prismatic is how easy it make everything! The drag and drop feature is really helpful for our customers, as they can quickly set up their own unique workflows. They can connect easily to third-party services without us worrying about managing their sensitive info or credentials (Which I think is great for security and privacy).
It's also pretty simple to deploy a workflow. Just place a Webhook trigger, add an API key, and... done. Another nice part is that deployment is fully managed by Prismatic, and we don't need to worry about most of the things as it's all handled on their end.
And whenever we run into a problem or need a new feature, they’re just a Slack message away! Their team is really responsive and ready to help which makes things so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I would say is that the execution time is limited to 15 minutes. It would be great if it could run longer because that would open up new possibilities for different kinds of processes. Also, it took me a bit of time to understand the whole setup and concept at first, but once I got the hang of it, things became much clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a great experience with Prismatic! Their support team is incredibly helpful and responsive, making it easy to resolve any issues quickly. One of the standout aspects is having an individual technical account manager to guide us through the initial integration process—this made getting started much smoother.
Prismatic also offers a wide variety of components for different services, which has been invaluable in building and managing our integrations efficiently. Overall, it's a fantastic platform for companies looking for a robust and well-supported integration solution.
Would definitely recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Prismatic offers a lot of flexibility and great support, there are some challenges when working with more complex integrations. As flows grow, maintaining them becomes difficult, and keeping track of dependencies can be a challenge.
Additionally, while Prismatic provides a wide range of components, we often find it easier to use the Raw Code component and write a JavaScript snippet rather than managing a long, complex tree of interconnected components. In some cases, this feels more efficient than working within the platform's structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prismatic has been a great platform for developing and deploying integrations. The mix of low-code and the ability to create custom components aligns well with our development approach, allowing us to address complexity in the integrations we create while maintaining reusability. Their customer and developer support is top-notch and they are always quick to respond. In addition, Prismatic's security posture is comparable to companies much larger. One minor issue is managing the deployment of components and integrations across different Prismatic environments. It would be nice if there was a repository or hub to promote components or integrations from development accounts to production accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Over the past five years, the continuous enhancements introduced by Prisamtic have been truly impressive. Their innovative changes have not only refreshed the overall look and design but have also made implementation remarkably straightforward.
The standout feature is the predefined connection between companies and clients. This functionality not only safeguards sensitive information but also significantly speeds up the client setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to pinpoint any drawbacks, as they consistently listen to customer feedback and actively work on improvements.
One enhancement that could further elevate the experience is the ability to load dummy data into a component configuration which would streamline the process of designing a flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there are a lot of things but will list some of the points.
Simple and Easy-to-use platform, Faster Development, Great Documentation, Excellent Team that supported us, especially Taylor Reece & Chris Spencer, Smooth Integration deployment Across Environments, Easy Customer Deployment, Low-Code, High Flexibility integration designer, easy to build, test, and implement we are using prismatic for all of our integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything, but I will suggest to Prismatic to improve the JSON form, to accept multiple connections, and to provide rearrangement of config pages in the config wizard. to improve the search capabilities in the log. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We embedded Prismatic in our product and selected it for its flexibility and user experience when creating integrations. Once you know the basics, you can create complex integrations quite easily. Compared to other companies, their integration designer experience was the best we found. Their documentation is very descriptive and extensive, and the Prismatic team gave us excellent support in all the issues we had on our way. They have been very reactive and open with sharing and aligning their product strategy with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their product was initially oriented to companies building integrations for their users or customers. But now they also offer the embedded use case, which still needs some polish in the end-user experience, but they are already working on it and showing great progress. The learning curve in creating integrations can be high initially for non-developers, but once you learn some basic concepts, it is an easy task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prismatic makes it very easy to visually connect components of various systems and create integrations that can be used over and over.
As a software developer, I love how easy Prismatic makes it to create integrations that can be reused by many of my customers with minimal effort on their part.
Prismatic also offers me the flexibility to write all or part of an integration in TypeScript for when I just need to get do something in a very specific way or when I need to solve a problem that I know I can do very efficiently in code.
And Prismatic's people have been very helpful when I've needed help understanding patterns and approaches to solving difficult problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Debugging an integration in Prismatic can sometimes be challenging. Prismatic has great tools to help. But the nature of a visual integration builder doesn't lend itself to, for example, setting break points. So you end up writing data to the log to figure out what's happening when an integration runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let's face it, integrations are painful. Prismatic has solved all the hardest parts and built an embedded marketplace so I can connect my product to all the other big ones out there quite simply.
Setup of the entire system and also creating integrations is straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't any major downsides. White labeling is straight forward and embedding into the system is also simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We signed up with Prismatic a few weeks ago to build an integration with accounting software. We have experience with integrations, but this is the largest one we've built. Prismatic onboarding and support has been amazing! We have a dedicated Slack channel where our engineers can get detailed help when they need it. Their onboarding flow has helped us get started on the integration in just a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to find anything we truly dislike. Their documentation isn't super detailed and we've had to ask for clarification on a few points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prismatic is easy to use and supports a wide variety of integrations and most of these can be written with little or no coding knowledge, the documentation is very good and the highlight of all is the support team, they are very knowledgeable and they always answer the questions to the point and in the simplest way possible. The platform has gone from strength to strength in the last 12 months. They keep us informed on the new features regularly. The webhooks are so good to use which was something we wanted and it has made our life easier and increased our speed of delivery. The customer support team always finds ways to help us even if our requirements are no. Standard. Overall we are very happy with the product and more importantly the support we receive. The execution log history is a bit tricky to navigate sometimes and also it is not possible to search the payloads ( I understand this requires heavy indexation and is a difficult feature to implement but for our use case this is where we found it tricky ) but Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a lifelong engineer for high-scale applications, it's hard to relinquish the desire to build everything myself. Prismatic has created an incredibly powerful and flexibile platform, built off scalable technologies, so you don't have to. The ease of use of the UI is incredible as well, very well designed with the user in mind. On top of that they provide tools to debug, monitor, alert, report etc via a visual UI. And if that isn't enough for you, they give you GraphQL access to manage all your customers, integrations and flows to your hearts content! It goes beyond that though - they've enabled Typescript/Javascript custom code support, in such depth that you can host your own entire development pipeline and automate promotions to productions (including running your own test/automation suites). It's a developers dream to still have full control, but be able to relinquish it wherever they choose efficiency over ownership! By far the best Product I have found in the past 20 years.
Don't even get me started on their incredible customer support focus - you will always feel engaged, they truly care to help you reach your goals, and were extremely responsive to a feature request (so much so they built support for it within a week!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downsides is that you are limited to custom devlopment in Javascript/Typescript, and the only IDE option is in a browser. Neither of those are complaints though - everyone just has their preferred coding language and IDE (mine being Python and IntelliJ). Any good engineer is able to work with any tool though, and it does not prohibit any productivity or scalability/security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
