Before using Princeton, loads would be tendered over individually and there was way too much paperwork involved. More paperwork is more room for error, so this made it so easy. At first it was intimidating to see but they offered several training corses for us and were always avaliable to help. Princeton’s customer support is extraordinary, even after the production and roll out phases of the system implementation. I like that information is consolidated in a central location and I don’t have to search for answers. The transition to PTMX has been seamless and we appreciate the constant updates from the support team. Any issues we've had, Elise and team have worked diligently to quickly resolve, or explain the logic behind the behavior.
