Primetric automated a huge part of my time tracking. First of all, the system sends a reminder whenever I forget to log my hours. Secondly, the tool imports the information on my time offs from other apps, so I do not have to fill them in once again. Last but not least, the time tracking process itself is very simple and straightforward; I do not have to spend hours doing it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the overall quality of the tool. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and during this time I had noticed no problems with loading times and delays, and was very reliable in general. I would really like to have an option to copy the tasks from the previous day to the current one. Sometimes I work on a single task for days and weeks, so I have to copy the description of my work manually every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m a great fan of Primetric’s time offs and time tracking. I can easily manage time off requests in the system and plan work based on the available hours. I can also see all the work I have to do in the foreseeable future and, after I track my progress, I can export the information and share it with other people in my company. When I have already entered a number of hours for a project and I want to change it, the hours add up (instead of changing to a new value) and I have to delete already added rows which is not very intuitive for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Primetric as time logging, vacation planner and resource manager tool. It is simple to use, the interface is amicable - you can't get lost here. From the very first moment you know what to click and where to find some needed information. The amount of functionalities, settings and pages is appropriate. There is nothing redundant or missing. With few information screens you can handle all your businesses. I like also the design which is simple, transparent and modern. Interface includes also the information about your manager and associations with your company which could be sometimes very helpful. I would love the design to be not full width but only part screen. I like compact interfaces and think it's more convenient to follow with the eyes and with the cursor. But it's just a wish, not complaint. Apart from that sometimes I forgot myself and try to add daily tasks in a week view, not in a day view. Maybe it's only me since it's logic - adding task that were done in specific day should happen in a specific day view, not week view. But somehow my intuition and website-user-sense tells me to do it that way. For me it's more convenient to fulfill logs seeing whole week. But it's a small note. I really like the wide range of features for project managers included in Primetric. I particularly enjoyed: the calendar view showing people assigned to projects; the search bar that allows me to find the specialists with the right skills; and the option to monitor billable resources in the projects. In contrast to other time tracking tools I used before, Primetric automates the time tracking process to some extent. Of course, I need to choose the day I want to report my working hours for, but then the system automatically fills in the number of hours and other repetitive details that I would have to add letter by letter in other tools. My work is largely report-based - I need to create dozens of financial reports, both internal and for the customers. With Primetric, it is very easy for me to find and arrange the information I need into tables I can share with coworkers and partners. I can also customize the reports to create the ones that really fit my needs.

Primetric provides me with a comprehensive overview of my work. I mostly use it to check how much time I spend working on various projects, and how much work I still have to complete in the near future. From an HR/recruitment point of view, Primetric simplifies all the processes I need to deal with on a daily basis. I particularly liked the time tracking feature; it allows me to quickly verify the number of hours individual employees logged into the system and convert it into valuable information.
