It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very interactive. We use it for two different countries and can easily switch back and forth between the two. We can also manually edit items, remove/add items, update items, etc with minimal help from Prowl customer service. We primarily use it to track UMAP and to see who is selling out product and we are easily able to see all resellers and track potential violations. I go in multiple times a day to make sure no one is breaking UMAP and if they are I can send an email directly from the portal. The best thing about this is that I can also see if the person/people I sent it to open/click through the email. Prowl is a great tool to track your own company's products on unuathorized platforms. The high detail analyses provided help to get a wide understanding by region, by style and by unauthorized sellers of how your products are acorss unwanted marketplaces. I would definitely recommend the use of this platform for any brand wanting to ensure its positioning remains premium. It becomes hard to track down which retailers ended up selling on unuathorized platforms as - in the majority of thecases - they tend to use fake names. Would be helpful to find ways to ultimately track down the actual retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PriceSpider Prowl is easy to use and navigate and allows for data to be extracted from almost every view which is very helpful. Their customer service is excellent. The most helpful thing that I think Pricespider Prowl can do is be able to save time in checking, comparing, and monitoring prices. I only have positive things to say about this product. In a nutshell, because of its unique monitoring software (MAP), we are protected from scammers and people who like to take advantage of other people. We can choose to buy or not to proceed with our purchase because we do not need to waste our time investigating the sellers or see if the brand is legally sold or not because this simple and very helpful app does it for us. I do not have anything negative to say or dislike this app because it is very helpful, especially with the older generation who have a hard time investigating a company or a product that is being sold by a vendor because everything is made easy by this software. If I would really think of something to dislike about the product is that it makes our lives too easy, our research abilities and interpersonal skills are at stake because we do not have to talk to anyone or inquire about a specific product or seller because everything is spoon fed and at the tip of our fingertips but again, who would want to go around asking questions and mingling with a lot of people during this pandemic?
