I used the Prevail case management system for two years before the firm switched over to another online based platform. I enjoyed using Prevail because it was easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage. I used it on a daily basis and it had a ton of features that were helpful to managing a heavy workload. Sometimes the platform would randomly crash and you would have to do everything you did again. It also was extremely time-consuming having to manually enter everything into Prevail so that we could keep records updated on what was done for each file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like i said, it's not intuitive. You also have to put everything in manually in triplicate, it doesnt automatically put in the info you enter everywhere it needs to be, which is super frustrating. The accessibility of all client files within moments is great. There's no need for any paper files. The program is capable of even more than we need. The reports help greatly with analytics and employee tracking, and if there's a report or field you need that's not available prevail is there to help!
