If I had to come up with a potential concern, it would be the need for more comprehensive documentation on their services. What I like most about Presence of IT is its comprehensive focus on human resource management solutions, optimizing processes and improving the employee experience. The ability to adapt to various business needs and improve efficiency is remarkable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Presence of IT?

What I like the least is the user interface. Simplifying and making navigation more intuitive would contribute to a more fluid experience for users, thus improving the usability of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Describe the project or task Presence of IT helped with:

Presence of IT was Merivale's Implementation Partner for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, EC Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding) and Kronos with an OKTA single sign on integration. The goal was to implement People Technology to replace outdated systems and in many areas, for the first time in the company's history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Presence of IT?

Presence offered unbiased, helpful advice from the get go (before we even contracted with them!) and felt like true partners in the project. With a completely greenfield team, we could not have achieved on time, on budget implementation through many difference iterations without their help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Presence of IT?

There was really nothing I disliked about POIT. Certainly we did work with a consultant that wasn't the best fit for our business, but POIT were very quick to address this and ensure that the team we worked with suited us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

POIT helped to solve problems daily - from support, to building the first ever operational organisation chart for the company, POIT has a solutions-focussed, can do approach. Multiple benefits have been realised from the partnership.
