What I like most about Premiere Virtual is the prompt responses that I always receive from my Client Success Manager and the Director of Business Solutions. They are beyond supportive, happy to help us walk through every step, and are readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Premier Virtual is the "break out room" steps. I prefer to use Teams when doing a break out presentation as it puts people in and out of rooms automatically. With Premiere Virtual, guests need to sign out of one session, go back to the lobby, choose another session, and then to go back to the main session do the process all over again. Premier Virtual effectively allows us to connect transition service members, spouses, and dependants with resources and career opportunities not available to them within the geographical confinements of traditional career fairs.

Setting up the platform for the event is very straightforward and is quick to launch.
Customer support is quick to respond to any technical issue and those are very limited.
The platform is easy to integrate with the utilization of other software such as Teams, YouTube, and other media devices. The software can support and capture data from in-person events by utilizing QR Codes to collect engagement with those who attend an in-person or hybrid event.
Our frequency of use, which is weekly does not diminish the capabilities of the software or platform. Allows a great opportunity to collect much-valued information for the customers we serve.

Our team loves that if an employer already has a Premier Virtual (PV) booth that they can easily add it to our event or if they've attended in the past at one of our events through PV then we can add it for them and take less work off the employer. We love that it is a 1:1 chat with our employers and attendees and that they can video chat on the spot if they choose. It's led to an overall better experience for our events. One of the biggest downsides to Premier Virtual (PV) for our team is that our employers can't see the full attendee list as a report only in the booth. We understand some companies don't share that report but we like to provide our employers with the full attendee report to allow them to network with more of our students. The team is easily the best part of Premier Virtual. Because of their attentiveness and willingness to seek feedback and provide employer trainings, this platform has developed into an essential tool for us, our local employers, and the job seekers in our area. My favorite features in the platform include the customization of the events including cloning past events, the hiring metric and reports which helps us report out, and the new larger chat window. An option to burr your background on video is very needed. Also, if host features could include a report of each user that is activated in the booth for a particular event that would be helpful.
