I can find a substitute teacher in less time by putting in my request once in this system. I don't have to call through a long list of numbers like before, and I don't have to worry about other scheduling questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not too fond of how jobs are unfulfilled if someone cancels after accepting the sub job. My request doesn't go back into the system to try the next available person, and HR has to scramble first thing in the morning to find someone to cover my classes. I love the simplicity with which the software can be used on a quick daily basis. It is very easy to jump in, plug in the information required for the circumstance, and complete the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One aspect of SmartFind that makes it a little more difficult is using the software for a long-term circumstance (ie FMLA, maternity leave, etc.). The software requires the same actions for a daily task as with a long term task. It would be much easier if the software provided a quick and easy way to input a long term leave, without having to go day-by-day. It becomes quite tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
