PowerReviews has given us insight into both our user's experience on the website as well as candid feedback on our products. We have adopted the Sentiment tool as the central channel to monitor customer happiness and identify potential product design issues, QA/QC problems, and overall customer feelings about our products. I like how it compares with other review platforms in terms of functionalities and integration. It integrates perfectly with Shopify, Klaviyo etc making it very easy to use for any ecommerce business. PowerReviews also syndicates to other channels, which is essential for our company. Analytics and reporting serve our purpose. With powerreviews we have the option of collecting image and video reviews as well. It also allows display of these on PDPs. Most shopify themes require manual installation and one-click installation often fails. There is no option to upload reviews yourself if you are transitioning from another platform. This is not a big issue, though since PowerReview staff are very quick and efficient, but you do need to email them and format all old reviews in PWR format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
