Super easy implementation process and the implementation team was super responsive and fixed any issues within a timely manner. Our account team is super helpful and friendly. They are always available/responsive which was a problem with some other review platforms we had previously worked with. I love the backend interface. It's user-friendly and I like that you can automate reporting so that we can easily distribute around the company as needed. They just released a UGC Analytics feature which is also very insightful and we can easily see what our customers are saying about us at a glance which is something we have been wanting for a long time. And the ability of syndication has done wonders for our conversion rate on marketplaces such as Walmart.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much I dislike with them, but I do wish we could put image galleries on other pages other than just the PDP's. We have a lot of category pages that could really benefit from bringing in what the customers are saying about us on those pages as well to entice them to explore the products further.
