What do you like best about Postwire?

It is very easy to curate documents with Postwire and then send a link to clients. I also really like the fact that I get an email notification when the client has opened the files. This helps in follow-up with my prospecting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postwire?

It is a bit clunky for sharing lots of files with our team, and as a result we have decided to use a different tool for most of our file sharing. I still use it but only for one specific purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having the ability to send a prospect a large amount of material in a single link and also having certain use cases laid out in advance so that I can send links to specific types of information that will be appropriate to that lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postwire?

I love how beautifully and quickly Postwire lets me share media hits we've secured for clients to our clients, their investors and stakeholders. Our clients love it and it's more elegant than sending clients a list of links and excerpts.

We also use it to present key online research to clients as well.

What do you dislike about Postwire?

It has gotten better over time, but it is still a bit clunky to move items around once you select them, trying to group things together when you are literally just trying to move one from one place to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We like to show clients value for their money and Postwire helps us in that conversation. We have also noticed that it's been very helpful to clients, particularly when they are trying to attract investors. One client asked for an investment of $1million -- but was pleasantly surprised when the investor offered $2million. Postwire wasn't responsible for that, of course, but it did let us lay out the narrative of this company as a successful one on the rise and worthy of investment. What do you like best about Postwire?

One site and location to control interaction with prospects. Great way to share PDF's, Videos, Proposals, Case studies, and basically everything that you share with a prospect in one place. Much better than email attachments. A great tool when you have multiple decision makers involved in a process. You share email and information can be lost in translation. Particularly helpful if selling software or have a complicated buying process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postwire?

Having to upload documents rather than just type Text in the fields. Prefer not to just enter text in the comments section. Cost is a bit high for what it is. Maybe some additional functionality would justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping prospects share information with multiple decision makers in a sales process.

It easy to forget when all of the material you share is buried in email. I have seen that my information
