What do you like best about Postscript?

Honestly, I've worked with a few different SMS platforms in my day, but Postscript has been one of the easiest to use. I was a little lukewarm on it (only because I was trained on other platforms), but after my experience with Sylvia and the support team, all of that changed. They were so helpful to me as I navigated an issue with a pop-up and making sure that everything was talking to each other clearly. She followed up with me and was responsive and communicative throughout the process, and was consistently looking to help me and be on my side, not just sending articles to help me sort it out myself, but by talking to her team and chatting with her engineers about the core root of the issue. It took a while to resolve, but she was patient and thorough and made sure that I knew it was going to be resolved! Thanks Sylvia. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Postscript?

Love all the segments you can create. You can target so many different people based on how they interact on your site. Ive used some other SMS platforms and PostScripts is definitely a step above them. Super easy to use as well. If you spend a certain amount a month you get a dedicated rep and they are super helpful! What do you like best about Postscript?

Although I don't use Postscript to the maximum extent that I should, I've always been happy with what I've done SO FAR. I'm excited to see the benefits of integrating Klaviyo lists & segments with Postscript to send more distinctive texts and GIFS to my customers. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well.
