The ability to customise webpages that suits my current needs of a UX portfolio. albeit limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have a lot of difficulties reordering sections on my web pages (My UX research case study requires several sections). This has led me to experience several mental breakdowns because 1) its very difficult to keep track of which sections are in which order and 2) All of my progress gets deleted when I test it out on the browser.
Currently, they are reviewing on whether to include the ability to name sections. Honestly at this rate I want to give up UX entirely just to avoid the pain of making a portfolio.
So if you just want a simple gallery, then ok. But don't waste your time on this website if you require more complex webpage layouts and several sections.
Another suggestion is the ability to upload PDFs so I don't have to waste time trying to format everything on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to pay a subscription to get full access to all of the tools and features. The photo gallery when building your portfolio site can be a little tedious when adding large amounts of photos and captions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The URL involves Portfolio Box which can be seen as unprofessional sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it is very simple to use, through its graphical interface it is simple to create a site. Recommended for those artists (personally I recommend it more to photographers) who want to create a site on their own without being experts. It offers different layouts to customize each page, integrates well with google analytics, and also supports a si and I do not want to abandon it for other platformsmple ecommerce option. Support is always available and it quickly solved the problems I had. I have been using it for several years with satisfaction, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few customization possibilities even in the paid version. you have to study how you want the site first. Limited e-commerce possibilities, but not everyone will worry about this. they could update a little more, and implement better use of video Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You don't have to know a thing about coding to use PortfolioBox, which makes it a great option for writers, illustrators, photographers or musicians who simply need a place to display their work without the coding headaches. There are a number of formatting options to fit your personal style, you can park a personal URL to your site, use their easy resume builder, and even sell your work online.
Plus, the site is free if you have minimal graphics and don't care about the small corner badge. Eventually you are likely to graduate to a paid version, but it's a great way to try it out without spending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You trade customization for the ease of creating a site. There are only a handful of pre-fab layouts, and if your content doesn't fit the given options, you're out of luck. I've found some of my designs don't fit in their walled garden of layouts and colors, so I've left them off.
And while the storefront is a cool idea, the shopping cart options don't offer much customization for shipping, variation, etc. It's still a great idea for digital sales like songs and e-books, but if you sell a variety of shipping weights, you're better off using a dedicated store site like Shopify or BigCartel.
