Some great features about portfolio box in my experience is that it has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy for people to create and manage their portfolios. I believe there are some things that I dislike about the platform which are limited template options compared to other websites. The amount of templates are also limited. There is also a bit of a learning curve - particular for those who have less technical experience, it may be more challenging to make their website their own. The focus really is first & foremost on producing a great looking portfolio which a lot of other competitors lose sight of. Very easy to use with helpful videos & guides. Love that there is a huge choice of gallery styles & layouts so that you can really choose not just what's best for your artwork style but for each and every different collection or project too. The global styles are perfect and save a lot of time in setting formatting site wide. A lot of variety in layouts & work presentation here & a keen focus on SEO which is really helpful for the beginner in this area. The first website builder I've used where they really mean it when they say no coding required! Haven't touched a line of code & yet have been able to achieve the look I wanted for my work. It's a user friendly interface backed up by prompt & helpful customer service. The autosave can be a little glitchy on different devices - definitely rock solid on a desktop browser though. There are a few minor bits & bobs I'd like to see improved in editing like faster text entry directly into titles etc. rather than several clicks to change content. but to be honest I have been very impressed that updates & refreshes seem to be very regular. I have confidence that Portfoliobox are working on the product & improving it all the time & actually listen to customers unlike the huge companies where one size fits all. Portfoliobox has never dissapointed me in its easy user interface. navigating the website, creating, and customizing portfolios is very easy, making it very accessible for beginners like myself. I myself have no idea how to code and make websites, so it was really easy for me to make a portfolio for my service. also I have had 0 reasons to contact the customer support for any complains yet. We love Portfoliobox because it is very easy to create and edit our website, whether you have knowledge of website design or not. It would be nice to have a more friendly option for creating a bilingual website, I have tested creating duplicates of pages and translating them, but the problem is the look of the menu and how it adapts to the mobile version; maybe a solution is being able to create more that one home page and linking each home page to the content for each language.
