What do you like best about Poppulo?

The Poppulo application is easy to use once you have had a little experience with it. I love having the Poppulo digital sign board in our work areas. It is a great tool for sharing information with staff. I am able to share with multiple areas from my desk on information that may not be shared otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

There are apps built into the Poppulo product that may be interesting to use. I have not figured out how to configure these apps for my digital display board. They are not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

I like the ease of being able to store our templates and contact lists. I also really like how much the reporting supports our auditing processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

What do you like best about Poppulo?

All-in-one suite for internal communications, including digital signage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

Aspects of the software are sold separately, and we weren't told about that until it was too late. We signed a contract that specified a number of emails, which we thought was the basis for cost. It wasn't until we were nearly done with training that we were told we only bought access to the email templates and sending system, and none of the other features. What do you like best about Poppulo?

The best is the new analytics feature on Poppulo where we can track the average time spent on email etc...

There are certainly other wonderful features such as the heatmaps and reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

The process of taking out the data is a bit tedious. We cannot pull information as a whole outside Poppulo. If we want a stats for the month we would have to go into each day download the respective emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

I like that we can connect it to our HR systems for easier and quicker DL management. I alos like that I can easily see a record of all emails sent, even across role changes. I can see what my predecessor has sent even though I don't have access to her email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

It can be very glitchy at times. The formatting options are confusing and sometimes don't make sense. Occasionally, random visible lines will appear on the actual email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

Easy to actually send the email out once the design/template is done. The process for uploading emails and getting the email sent out is easy to understand and simple to execute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

The editing features need a lot of work. It is clunky to edit anything and just to figure out in general and doesn't give you much control over editing specific features like the image etc. There also needs to be more font options. It also should be a lot easier to edit and for a beginner to understand and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

Really like the ability to clone emails and make the changes required. A simple, straightforward tool, with lots of possibilities to present comms in an engaging way. Great ability to analyse comms effectiveness. Knowledge base and support is really handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

Using Poppulo for event bookings is a little tricky, lots of steps and opportunities to get it wrong. Ideally would be able to search an individual's details to find recent comms shared with them, and then re-send as required. What do you like best about Poppulo?

Poppulo makes it easy to craft lovely, on-brand emails. Love how you can tweak most content aspects (edit embedded images, customize cell margins in tables, etc.) using their rich text editor. Also really appreciate the 'attach file to image' feature--it makes it easy to link .ics files/PDFs to a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

Formatting for left-to-right languages (e.g. Hebrew) can be a little tricky in my experience. I'd also like for performance reports to look better when downloading (content sometimes gets cut off at the sides.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
