What do you like best about Poppulo?

Poppulo offers so many additional resources that allow you to think creatively when managing display screens. Their software is easy to use and their customer support makes it easy to learn new skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

You do need some technical knowledge to manage a set of display systems. It is not too difficult, but you need some understanding of computers and how cloud-based systems function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

Poppulo's interface is very user friendly and the support team is second to none. It's very easy to setup capitivating digital displays and if I ever need help, I can reach out to their support team who will answer in a timely manner. This makes it so I can have different team members upload content without having to go through me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

One thing I dislike is that if the players go offline, there is no notification sent to me. An email notification when one of the players goes offline would be a nice feature to add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poppulo is a great communications tool! It's especially handy when you are collaborating the gathering of materials with your team before launching the communications. What do you like best about Poppulo?

Service center is always available to support with time sensitive issues in real time. Unfortunately the stability of the platform finds a user reaching out to help desk too frequently. Late test emails take very long to generate. Other tech issues where the system doesn't function properly etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of flexibility and design features. Difficult to work in article body to make the page pop. Very basis functions. More investment around diy templates and work with tables and icons and images more easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Poppulo?

What do you like best about Poppulo?

What I like the most is that you can schedule different content and then send it out to multiple people at the same time and then get specific reports. This allows you to analyze the value of the content you send out and its impact on engagement, while being fairly simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Poppulo?

I very much dislike technical issues and problems that prevent or severely limit some things. A difficult issue is the creation of tables in the content, because it is very tiring to customize them and they are never perfect. Everything shifts around and gets disjointed. Another thing is the ability to upload images and gifs in different formats - unfortunately, you often get a message that something won't work in different browsers and you can't put the file in the content. Also missing is the addition of videos in the body of the email, so that it works without having to open a microsite or a separate external site and an easier way to review/manage audiences (like email lists view etc).
