Nothing. The service is slow, our needs are not listened to, and our customer support reps do not seem to care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. We have been working on what we thoguht would be a simple project for eight months with minimal progress. To Poppulo's credit, there were additional steps we needed to take which added to this timeline. However, now that we are at the point of being able to work on our original goals, we are being told those were never requested. Everyone seems to only have a one track mind. We ask for three things, only the most recent gets attended to while the others are forgotten about. WHen we ask about the other items, we are told they were never requested, despite having a paper trail with these requests. We are so frustrated with the service that we are dangerously close to pulling our contract. Make it easy for yourself and just do not use Poppulo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It creates strong, branded newsletters that are easy to compile with it's intuitive drag and drop features.

As an enterprise user, I would like more flexibility in creating sub-accounts and changes to templates. Currently requests like these go through the process of an online request form to the support team. It can take a few days to resolve as the support team aren't the quickest in coming back. Sometimes, changes to your template design (such as adding or removing a component) needs to be actioned urgently and so it would be easier for users to be able to do this themselves. I like that in Poppulo you are able to personalise your emails as much or as little as you like. It is by far the best communication tool I have used in my internal communications career. Poppulo provides a lot of features trough its web version which othewise would have been a lot difficult to get hands on the software. Also the great documentation of the poppulo helped a ton to be able to get started with the website and work on more advanced features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides as such for a great software like Poppulo. But If you ask any, I would be interested in seeing many video documentations provided to every feature to understand the technology in more visual manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poppulo is user-friendly with intuitive navigation. I'm able to quickly send or schedule mass communications. The analytics dashboard allows us to easily discern trends and preferences among readers of our communications. This actionable feedback has yeilded fantastic results. I especially like how it's easy to send emails on behalf of other employees and spoof the emails address and name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In very limited circumstances the program has misdirected auto-replies to the incorrect inbox. Poppulo has since made this very minor limitation clear using a disclaimer on the website. I wish that we could schedule content per device rather than having to have a channel that holds a playlist for a device, if that makes sense. It can be cumbersome doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
