Formatting can be a challenge. Whether copying and pasting text from a document or trying to get the spacing and lines correct this can be very challenging. The major issue is the email builder feels like it was designed over a decade ago. There's been no major enhancements to user experience and new platforms have much better WYSIWYG editors with drag and drop creation and more creative layouts.
