Wonderful tool in tracking down your customer based on their behavior. If you can analyze well then you are able to make decisions well. I must say features like tracking individuals through IP, website tracking and the support team is the best at popcorn. They are available when you need them. Its clean interface is the most attractive part. Apart from it the reporting feature of this software is very detailed and the lead management system is very easy to understand from its dashboard itself. Some of the features they used with technical terminology. so initially i got confused with it because these terms are not used by any other marketing tools. And i found its pricing is not very friendly with startups. It is actually expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
