We wanted to collect feedback from our customers on a new product idea we had. Unfortunately, I don't think my results are very usable at all - there are some repetitive and nonsensical answers in the few open ends that are clearly not just concise respondents but are obvious bots or dishonest replies. I am considering scrapping the full results because otherwise it's going through 250 individual responses and attempting to pull out all of the answers that are of passable quality (maybe about 50/50), which feels less productive than paying a little bit more for a more reliable survey platform.
