It does not provide details on viewed emails. it would be better to have information on contact forwarding that it does not. The drawback is the pricing, which seems a bit high. I find the recall email option somewhat unreliable. There have been instances where my attempts to modify and resend an email ended up failing to recall. This inconsistency creates a lack of trust in the feature. Undermines its usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
