Super customizable. Granted, there are different tiers, but we're at a high tier and it's fantastic to either have features readily available or the ability to dive into formulas and code and make what we need happen. Design-wise, being able to generate reports that have our branding and that can be completely coded according to the layout we need is fantastic. I'm constantly impressed with my interactions with the team members in various areas of the company as they have offered their expertise to us over the last year and a half. I love that Pointerpro is specifically working on the needs that those in our company's niche have (consulting/coaching), because features come faster for us. Their roadmap for the next year has me very excited, and makes me hopeful about Pointerpro being an excellent long-term solution for our company and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure how Pointerpro stacks up against alternatives at lower tiers?
There is some functionality we have not yet been able to replicate from other software (but we have some odd particularities for those). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to create the different assessments. The question logic is sound, and you can create multiple variations based on user behavior. Plus, the support staff is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some functionalities that are missing: mainly the ability to block personal emails and a captcha-like function to remove bot traffic. The analytics are also very shallow: you are not able to dig into engagement details, only assessment starts & completions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Designing surveys is really easy with pointerpro. The dashboard to manage and view the results of your surveys is very practical.
In general the tool is very intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One drawback is that you can't create dynamic reports, or collapse the summary from multiple surveys to have a single dashboard. I have not found a way to generate a questionnaire in the form of a matrix where with only one question you can evaluate several topics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the customizability of the tool, both in terms of the function and the aesthetics of the surveys. It allows us to shape it exactly how we want. I don't know of another tool with the same level of detail and adaptability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most difficult aspect of PointerPro is the learning curve to designing the surveys. The incredible power of the tool comes with a lot to learn in order to maximize one's use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use. The software is very intuitive and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is not very appealing. Its design could be more appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. very intuitive UX
2. Leaderboard (we looked at 5 other quiz software tools and none had this) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
very minor. When I'm at the results section, it takes several clicks to return to home to see list of other quizzes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been looking for a software as powerful as SurveyAnyplace for my small business for years - and I finally found it! I have a fully validated leadership assessment tool that I use with individual coaching clients and corporate consulting groups and I need it to have lots of flexibility in the report. SurveyAnyplace has allowed me to provide the individualized user experience that my clients want, and to be able to customize the survey and report for each corporate group. Because it can do so much, it can take a while to figure out how to make the survey and report do exactly what I need it to do. For most issues, I've been able to resolve them by searching their extensive training blog posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good online guides, helpful and patient online support. Integrated reports and assessment was well put together, nice customisation options and assessement options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not flexible enough in terms of display options for the reports. Importing high res images not really possible. Too few font options. Confusing, techy approach to customising / adjusting some functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost is lower than other platforms I've used ... and you get what you pay for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not user-friendly in any way. Very clunky; nothing is smooth or easy to figure out without watching a tutorial. It's taking my team more than twice the time it usually takes to create a survey and send invites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Survey Anyplace has a great concept of allowing you to turn expertise into pdf outputs based on survey responses from customers. It gives you the basic survey building, quiz scoring etc you get from other survey tools, but has a bit extra I needed but couldn't find elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The execution in the software of a great concept is a bit clunky, takes effort to get the promised value, and lets the concept down. Whilst support is great, little things from onboarding to renewal mean the whole experience as a customer can be frustrating at times. They are a lovely set of people, but execution as a SaaS product with great UX needs more work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
