Support is really awful. Their support guy is the founder who is always trying to criticize you. He thinks that he is smarter than everyone else and makes sure that you fell awful about any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very useful application to translate plugins! Almost all website plugins are in english and to make it easier for my clients or myself, I like to translate or customize it. Even if you're not too technical, it is very easy to use. I used the free version for many years and lately, the paid pro version. Even if it's a tool design for translation, the translation English -French is not fully accurate and you have to keep an eye on it. But the good thing, is that it's also community based, so you can share and help others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
