"PMWeb - An amazing tool to manage your workflow and project"

What do you like best about PMWEB?

1. Ease of access. Being a web based program employees can access the dashboard from even a remote location.

2. Customization. The project can be customized to a great extent to suit your needs.

3. A great reporting tool. You can generate a lot of different reports which come very handy when you want to look at numbers very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWEB?

1. It is a little confusing and requires the employees to go through sufficient training to understand and be able to use it.

2. The cost of the product is on the higher side as compared to a lot of other similar products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typically PMWeb is used to manage construction projects. We took a different approach and customized the tool to also help us manage workflow. In a real estate office project management is different than the actual construction department. We added options like lease management, rent tracking, utility tracking, approvals, customer information and a lot more options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not a great platform"

What do you like best about PMWEB?

It is nice that you can search and filter all the submittals based on a myriad of columns and see the results without an update from the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWEB?

It's unclear as a consultant, how to submit a review/comments on a submittal. If i'm actually required to review a submittal. Additionally, the automatic email function floods my inbox with emails that are superfluous Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PMWEB:

If you're looking for a linux version of a document management and tracking system, this would be it. It's not intuitive, display and gives access to way to much information, is robust, but is no Mac or Windows enterprise quality of a program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWEB solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem the software helps to address is the organization and tracking of the large amounts of paperwork required prior and during a construction project. However, how this software compares to others out there (Newforma, Procore, etc) is that it's at the bottom of the barrel for me. It is beneficial to see all the information of who's touched a submittal, when, and what their comments were, but it's also very confusing and non intuitive for an interface.
