"Efficient tool for managing project management contracts and procedures"

What do you like best about PMWeb?

The platform provides with a single solution to cover all kinds of project tasks. At the same time, works efficiently in managing the optimization of the project tasks and resources. Proper analysis of the data (qualitative as well as quantitative) is also provided on the same software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWeb?

Sometimes, the software doesn't work effectively in terms of speed, and it can only be accessed over a laptop or computer screen. Installation problems have also been witnessed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of planning multi-stage projects with higher efficiency. The data analysis and use of proper charts simplifies the whole process and makes it easier to brainstorm over the possible solutions, taking secondary and reserve risks in account at the same time. Thanks for your review! As a web-based platform, PMWeb allows you to access it from any device with an internet browser. For those who need an offline solution while in the field, we also have a versatile mobile app. Your organization may not have selected to have the app included in their package. If you would like to see it added, contact your PMWeb site administrator. Also in regards to the vendor site information, the PMWeb admin can control the settings on what a vendor can and cannot see. If you feel it is limited and should include more, consider asking your site administrator about updating the security settings to make the functionality you would like available for vendors.

"The best hospitality sales and marketing solution of the market"

What do you like best about PMWeb?

The tool is very complete, not only with CRM and a booking engine for hotels, but it also gives you the possibility to create landing pages for any last minute marketing action, which reduces the need for additional tools. Everything is developed thinking about the conversion and loyalty of our customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWeb?

They don't have integration with important technology suppliers in the hospitality market, such as Cloudbeds (PMS) and are a little stiff for more advanced customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are a great toolkit for the hotelier to stop being dependent on OTAs and tour operators and focus on direct sales and customer relationships. Impossible not to leverage sales with them by your side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PMWeb is a construction project management solution. And while PMWeb does have clients in the hospitality industry, I believe you meant to post this review about Pmweb in Brazil, a marketing and CRM platform.

What do you like best about PMWeb?

What do you like best about PMWeb?

1)The product is good as it does everything we need to do.

2)The support is good through any issues/updates.

1)Some of menu will feel little heavy

Thanks for the review! We love hearing feedback. We pride ourselves on offering an all-in-one solution. PMWeb is a responsive site allowing you to access it from any device with a browser. PMWeb also offers a mobile app, although being a modular system, your organization may have selected to not include that in their solution. The speed of your system is dependent on the hosting solution your organization has. If you're self-hosted, then the speed of your system is an issue that needs to be discussed with your IT department.

"Amazing Support!"

What do you like best about PMWeb?

The product as a whole does what we need it to do. Regardless of that fact we have made substantial customizations to the reporting side. Support has been right there with us to get through any issues / upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWeb?

Some of the menus feel a little clunky. When inputting some documents that we use, and track daily getting them all in requires many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PMWeb:

I can't say enough about their support. We held off on updating for a long period, and they were still willing to update stored procedures they had created for us. They are very very helpful, and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a design build firm, and have a very large amount of Sub-Contractors that work with us. PMWeb allows us to keep communication lines open by giving our subs access to our system without having to give them access to our network. "Great for having approval controls and workflows in place"

What do you like best about PMWeb?

If you want to have greater control and responsibility over your invoice approvals, the workflow feature will help you here as well as the access levels available to different users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PMWeb?

Due to certain roles and the responsibilities that go along with those roles, the accessibility of features is a bit too strict for my liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PMWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

The purpose of implementing a software like PMWeb was to gain more control over our financials. It has helped us in that manner as all invoices are tracked and need to go through a workflow prior to getting paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
