What do you like best about Plumsail Documents?

I love that the Word markup can easily support list objects that I pass to Plumsail Documents with Zapier. This allows me to create reports from multiple Airtable tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plumsail Documents?

Pricing for Plumsail Documents at the lower tiers is a great value compared to another automation platform that I use (200 merges for $25 per month, compared to $92 per month for 150 merges). However, we have one client that needs about 10,000 merges per month, and it looks like the pricing on our other platform will be about $200 less per month. I'm not a big fan of the merge limits I encounter on some document automation platforms. One platform, for example, provides unlimited merges even at the lowest tier. However, it doesn't provide for third-party merges directly to a document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plumsail Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Plumsail Documents allows us to easily create reports from Airtable data, and we use Zapier to send the document back to an Airtable attachment field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
