Plotto lets me SEE what my subjects are saying. To me, the most unique and useful feature of this survey tool is the ability to let users record a video answer. Plotto gives me the video, a sentiment analysis based on facial expressions, and a transcript which saves so many steps. I used it for executive-level interviews recently and got great insights from watching the short answers. What used to take days to manage and review, took only hours!
