What do you like best about Plazbot?

What I like most about Plazbot is its omnichannel integration capabilities. The platform allows you to centralize all customer service channels, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Webchat, Telegram, Instagram and SMS. Furthermore, its no-code chatbot creation module is extremely useful in automating customer interactions efficiently. What do you dislike about Plazbot?

Although the platform is powerful, it can be a little overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and options available. The price is also a little high for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
