PlayTours at a glance
1.Pay based on the number of active devices:
Our pricing is based on the number of devices actively using PlayTours at any given time.
For example, our 20 max concurrent devices package is ideal if you have up to 20 devices playing simultaneously during game sessions.
2.Flexible device usage:
With the max concurrent devices package, once you reach the limit, additional devices trying to join will be temporarily blocked.
The active device count decreases by one when a device becomes inactive, allowing for flexibility in managing device usage.
If there are 100 players divided into 10 teams with only 1 device each, then only 10 devices are needed.
3.Tailor your subscription to your needs:
Choose from different subscription tiers that offer varying prices and maximum concurrent device allowances.
It's important to note that a subscription is only necessary when there are active players in the game, not during the game-building phase.
4.Flexibility and control:
Our monthly subscription can be easily stopped at any time, giving you the freedom to adjust your subscription as needed.
Should you decide to switch to a different subscription tier, simply cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new tier.
5.Unlimited free trial:
Enjoy an unlimited free trial with no time limit as long as there are a maximum of 2 concurrent active devices.
6.Clear billing terms:
If you choose to stop your subscription mid-cycle, please note that we do not offer pro-rated refunds. The full monthly amount will be charged.

Easy to use, fun and intuitive for participants, does not require downloading as it is web-based and also email address input is optional. Thanks to the many activities that can be created, it allows you to invent many game solutions to animate very different events. Learning to use the platform independently takes some time, unless you are an expert in these activities. I recommend purchasing the game creation service on the platform. We did this because we had little time available, and it was the best choice by far! We would do it again even if we had more time available and the price allows you to do it.
