What do you like best about PlaybookBuilder?

Using this as a landing platform, it has taken my onboarding physical time with new hire from 4 hours to about 30 minutes. That's a WIN WIN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlaybookBuilder?

Attaching files to quizzes within the step. Playbook app keeps freezing or taking forever to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PlaybookBuilder?

We struggled finding a reliable location for each departments process to live in, playbook builder provided us with a great structure that can host links, videos, as well as be edited as often as we like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PlaybookBuilder?

I don't really have any issues with PlaybookBuilder itself, the main issue is expecting employees to interact and reference it regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PlaybookBuilder?

I love the versatility of playbook builder. It allows us to document and organize all of our training videos and instructions for new hires into each department. It also is great for onboarding resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is a little glitchy when trying to add access to new users. The emails for new user invitations don't show up immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
