Due to timezone, I think. The support takes so long to reply. Since I'm a beginner in this I got so many questions.
I also experience payment status like from "processing" back to "scheduled". I don't know that it is a signal for failed payment if I didn't notice it and contact the support I would be clueless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
