The thing we like best is how much the platform has allowed us to plan efficiently with teams in different areas of the business which has also reduced our manual processes by 75%. We have a small group of senior employees that did not like the digital platform transition and felt it was too complicated but with the right training and information pack given to us by Planday it has helped us to change their behaviour. The best thing I like about the app is immediate shift acceptance. As long as my talent pool is strong.
