What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

No major dislikes. There are some sales metrics that I wish Pipeline could calculate on its own but I'm not aware of any other CRM that can do them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

One aspect of Pipeline CRM that I find less than ideal is the limited range of integrations with other service providers. The platform's ecosystem lacks compatibility with various third-party tools and services, which can be a drawback when seeking a seamless integration of workflows across different platforms. In the financial services industry, where interoperability is crucial, the relatively lower recognition of Pipeline CRM among other service providers poses a challenge. We are currently building out our integrations library and updating existing integrations. We just updated our QuickBooks integration to be two-way sync (instead of 1-way), with the ability to create and send proposals right from Pipeline! That it can sync up to my emails or that I can BCC to pipeline CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

It feels like there are a lot of duplicate contacts created Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

You can stuff so much information into one page, also like their Ideas category to add ideas that they may add! I love the ability to customize and add as much information ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

If it's an old company with many uploaded it's hard to find the forms you need. It can take a few hours. I've sent them an idea about adding a view key to see what the document looks like rather than having to open something fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
