What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

We like and need the capabilities that the Salesforce CRM provides; however, we ONLY need those capabilities for our Marketing and Sales departments. We do not require a full enterprise suite of services. After reviewing all of the Cloud-based CRM services available, it became clear to us that PLD provided everything we wanted and needed from Salesforce but at a fraction of the cost, and with a far more simple, user-friendly, intuitive 'out of the box' interface and experience. While considering Salesforce as our CRM solution, we realized that we were going to have to hire a Salesforce Specialist to help us 'set up' or tailor the Salesforce interface for our culture and needs. This was a huge additional cost and a large 'time suck'. PLD came out of the box with very little tailoring required and allowed us to hit the ground running and apply its CRM capabilities immediately. The shortlist of attributes that we were looking for and received from PLD were as follows: 1) Cloud Based 2) Mobile Phone App interface with automatic phone mapping capabilities making it easy to find the next appointment on the go. 3) Interface with our Email client allowing us to maintain an email history germane to each client or Deal. 4) A good 'Tickler System' for timely follow ups and keeping track of all opportunries. 5) A very intuitive means for organizing Companies, Contacts, Deals and associating the right people with each Deal. 6) Good tools for organizing and viewing the CRM data base and Pipeline is a variety of customized ways. 7). What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

Hands down ... ease of use. I was able to be up and running within minutes, and within a day or two, I was about 90% proficient in using it. It allowed me to enter and modify my teams deals/forecast without having to read anything, and even reports are easy to create, modify and execute instantaneously. What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

I have no complaints but you will need to talk to my accounting dept regarding price. For something this good, pricing might be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we are independent reps, we have principals that require constant updates and reports. Pipeline Deals allows me to create reports with different variables on the fly as long as the data is in the system. I also need to do commission reports for my sales team, and I was pleasantly surprised that I can track it and send it to my team within a minute or two. And finally, because it is web based, I never have to worry about computers being down or CRM compatibility issues with Windows or IOS or whatever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

The most valuable part of PipelineDeals is the Reports and Deals functionality. The Reports that PLD provide allow us to view daily, weekly, and monthly numbers for each team member and our team as a whole. The Deals functionality of PLD was a gamechanger for our company. PLD was the one CRM we found most valuable that was centered around deals that made sense for our B2B company. We don't work with just one client, there's entire teams (internally and externally) that are a part of one large project. The way we can organize and label deal details is very valuable for us! What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

I don't know that I could say there are any downsides to using PipelineDeals. My least favorite thing about PipelineDeals is the Email Inbox functionality. This is where you can connect your email inbox to PLD. It really just creates a mess for our organization and people because we have such a large amount of emails and information. Business problems that have found solutions within PipelineDeals include the following.

Problems: unorganized tracking and reporting of projects (deals), project/sales managers not being held accountable for client follow-up, unknown client sources, old database information that was hard to update.

Solutions: Organization of reporting and tracking of all projects (knowing how long they take, where they came from, and latest updates), project/sales managers being held accountable for their leads and projects (managers can see task lists and latest activities for our team), knowing the source of all clients/projects (being able to know precisely how many people were from which trade show), we now have a database that is easy to update and know when information is old (you can google a person in one click if you have a hint they've left the company they work for - you can see bounced emails through our Mailchimp integration). What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

Pipeline is economical for a small business. I used maybe 10% of its 'brain'. It has many features I've never tried. Because it is Cloud-based I can access it anywhere. Customer Support is much more competent and responsive than almost any other business I have dealt with. I also love that it links with MailChimp so it is very easy to send out client and prospect mailings. When I add a new lead or client to Pipeline they are automatically added to my MailChimp list. What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

The super annoying auto-correct on this review platform which is trying to teach me how to write and communicate after creating ad copy for 45 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

Sales professional can do Consistent follow-up and start with creating contact, lead until the deal get closure. We can also save a notes MOM. Befor going to have a call with prospect. We can have a look on the MOM saved notes in the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to save and import the leads in only CSV. Pipeline CRM will not accepting and allowing to import as excel file in the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

Phone support on both coasts for good weekday coverage by very knowledgeable staff....having had Pipeline for 7 years have found it completely reliable on functionality.....Additional training always available.....very easily customizable....very helpful with integrations...

offers features needed for small business and does not have bad learning curve...we went through several bigname crms before Pipeline....terrible experience.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

The fact that there's a disconnect between the leads themselves and the account that they're on. Only in the sense that I cannot assign a task to a lead and see their progress/work (per call or per email task) on their lead page. I am solving the problem of keeping an accurate/live database on a lead or account. I have realized that as much as I had my doubts about switching over from Salesforce to Pipeline when I switched sales jobs, there's really not THAT much that I can distinguish in terms of better/worse functionality between the two. Having humans answer the telephone! Whenever there is a problem. Just give them a call. Rest assured, you will be speaking with a technician within minutes who can assist you with any issue you may have!

What I like the most is that it offers a pleasant and very intuitive user experience, it can be adapted in the best way to my needs and tastes since it is really customizable and easy to configure, it is beneficial for monitoring projects, I can take The order of our sales portfolio is perfect for organizing the workflow, I love the OFFERS section, I like it because I can also manage my clients and potential clients, I can create custom departments of companies, clients and offers, it is easy to export data for sales reports.
