It is amazingly simple and fast to get set up, and when I have questions, I call the number and talk to someone live in their offices - not an outsourced hired vendor - someone who knows the product as an expert. My due diligence involved testing numerous CRM options, and none were as easy to use, which was great when I needed to train co-workers on how to use it as well. Once they were up and running, the collaboration capabilities are brilliant. We all knew who was tackling what and what needed to be done by when. Couldn't recommend enough! PipelineDeals is truly the simplest to use CRM system I have encountered. I enjoy the easy to use interface and their straighforward yet expansive reporting capabilities. Additionally, the support I've received has been a real person every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

This is a decent CRM for Small Business users. It's has a straight forwarded tabbed interface that is realively pleasant to look at, and in general easily allows you to manage Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, and Events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?

It's a small business CRM and in general with many of these providers you will eventually need to out grow it. That's why, in general I recommend people start on a CRM that is guaranteed to scale. In addition, once you scale you gain access to the myriad of applications found on platforms such as Salesforce.com CRM, Force.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?

The pricing is reasonable if you don't have more then 5 users and no plans to grow your user base. It has basic reporting and syncs with Google Apps. Mobile feature is nice and free (no add on cost).
