What do you like best about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?

It is quite a clean interface that different parts of the team can all be in and take advantage of. I like the random graphics built in like when you close a sale. It is small but it shows they have paid attention to the little things. It is not a clunky platform like other platforms can be. It is easily integrated into different parts of the team too. What do you like best about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?

It is easy to use. There are a lot of features that are efficient in building leads one example is that when you add an email address of a person, it will somehow show you their profile picture which is very helpful for me in identifying who I am contacting. It is also integrated to other software so i find it very convenient, like JustCall and my work email. I use this every day for the past 2 years now and all I can say is this is very helpful on my work. I once had an issue but it is already fix when I reach out their customer support, they are very responsive and won't leave you hanging until you solve the issue. Another thing I like about Pipedrive Is that you can filter out or label your leads as per your liking and it is very easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?

I think this CRM requires a fast and stable internet which is understandable, sometimes it takes time for my notes or email to reflect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?

The best thing about the PriveDrive is all the agents have a aover all view of the sales navigator, can assign callback, emails and also the account to each other. As a manager we get to know exactly how and how the agents are working on the sales leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They need to work on individual reporting when it comes to the agents. As our one team is using Zendesk so it becomes difficult to configure things and does not have the complete access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive CRM for Sales for G Suite?

Pipedrive helped us track our outreach to schools and administration for our financial literacy programming. It was very helpful for what it was. We switched to Salesforce after awhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It could have been more reliable when tracking emails, as it would often need a 'custom email' address for each 'deal' in order for if it to actually work. Which wasn't always a dealbreaker, but it was frustrating at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
