Finding the formula for certain compounds, such as Mary’s Magic is very tedious. Unfortunately, you can’t see a preview of the formula before you click on it. So most of the time it takes over twice as long to find the right formula than it is to make it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one feature I experienced the most problems with was the automatic refill feature. There were some positive parts to it, however, it had many glitches. For example, prescriptions would not pop up for autorefills if the delivery driver did not assign the Rx as completed, although it did show that it was delivered.
