What do you like best about Ping Identity?
I like ease of insulation, deployment and management of all ping products. Software comes a single package and deployment/upgrade is lighting fast with very easy rollback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ping Identity?
Ping Identity focuses on the cloud now with two core components PingOne nad PingID only in the cloud, unfortunately not all companies are happy with storing data (customer or employee) in cloud, especially if they have to follow specific regulations with data handling (f.e border restrictions).
Product documentation on PingIdenttiy website is not the best, it's hard to navigate in the documents, and sometimes we are having difficulties when we are trying to search for some details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ping Identity?
Products are still decent but does not seem to be much innovation anymore and you receive zero support from your account team and when opneing a support case you basically get no answer and the they auto close your tickets without any resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ping Identity?
Account teams is awful, professional services team was not great and support is awful, not even worth opening a ticket with them as you basically get no response as it is assigned to employees not in your time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ping Identity?
At my company, we are heavy users of PingFederate. We have thousands of federated applications with different needs. PingFederate has answers for just about all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can tell that PingFederate was written in Java and it shows. There are many administrative tasks required to keep it running that other products don't require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using the PingID since 2-3 years approx, we are using this as MFA software It is very user friendly and effective, Customer support is very quick and effective, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
