For newer languages like preCSS, it lacks support for them. It is expensive to use most when you do not have a student email hence does not offer a community version for its lovers. For systems that are a bit old, phpStorm can be really a strong program for them since it will slow down the system. Most developers would love this IDE to be used for more than one language, other than installing different IDEs for each language you come across with.
