They offered a lifetime VOIP service for $99-$129. I should have known it was too good to be true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When Phone2 failed to port my two numbers to their service within their stated timeframe, they agreed to a full refund, then refused to refund one of the two port-in fees. Then they said they would send me a check. When I said they needed to do that within a week because the deadline to file a dispute with Visa was coming up, they said they couldn't do it. So I filed the dispute. They responded to Visa saying that I had received the port-in service (not true). They submitted a forged copy of a chat conversation where I was requesting the refund. They added a sentence to my request saying I accepted the $35 port-in fee. I provided Visa with my copy of the chat conversation and got my refund directly from Visa immediately. I was willing to give them a chance as a start-up, but not when they falsify documents and tell lies. They have many competitors. Use one of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially, chat responses and resolutions were immediate. Offered a free year to try service. Everything was GREAT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Then, I ported my number over... and once it was switched BOOM!
