What do you like best about PhixFlow?

Phixflow's flexible configuration meant that bringing together a wide variety of obsolescent data sources into an aligned, single, usable data layer was relatively easy, where other solutions had been tried and failed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhixFlow?

Initially, we found the limits of the UI; however, Phixflow responded to our requests with some significant upgrades that met all of our needs and made the apps we developed significantly more usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PhixFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had problems with processes requiring repetitive retyping and copy-and-pasting from sources into sets of Excel workbooks, creating delays and errors. What is PhixFlow?

PhixFlow is a Low-Code/No-Code application development platform that takes a new approach to developing software. Low-code enables you to utilise non-programmers, otherwise known as citizen developers to dramatically speed up the deployment of new applications within your organisation. Drag and drop functionality makes it easy to connect your data sources, analyse and enrich data, build user forms and screens, and automate business processes. No coding skills are required, all that’s required is your imagination. Based in the technology hub of Cambridge United Kingdom, PhixFlow began operations in 2004 delivering a powerful combination of software and expert data consultancy to customers from all sectors including retail, telecoms, healthcare, utilities and financial services. The PhixFlow platform automates manual data-driven tasks, eliminating the potential for human error and improving process efficiencies. It flags irregularities in the data or business process and then makes the necessary adjustments or corrections. Using drag-and-drop functionality, configurable forms and workflows are created to run detailed analytics, generate user applications and extend core operational capability to field teams using mobile devices. And because the platform is both flexible and scalable, it can easily be adapted to a variety of projects large and small. Companies including Tesco Direct, Virgin Media, Post Office, TalkTalk and Bupa Home Healthcare are using the PhixFlow platform to drive greater cost savings and efficiencies throughout their business.

What problems is PhixFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am in the ERP space and we always find that data from legacy system is a mission to extract. We were migrating 30+ companies from all over the world. Having Phixflow write data extraction programs into the pre-defined templates required for the new system enabled us to roll out the different countries a month apart. The rules for the data migration were wriiten into these extract programs and we only had to update the configuration per country, Having PhixFlow saved the project almost a year in timelines. I do contract modelling and master data management, fix all billing errors, perform contract configurations & tariffs, request for CRs when needed. What do you like best about PhixFlow?

The GUI is easy to use, and there's plenty of things that the platform can do with the correct configurations. Support from the PhixFlow team is also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhixFlow?

A lot of the great abilities of PhixFlow are not that obvious or intuitive to build - the straightforward elements are fine, but harnessing the power of scripting and creating dynamic queries and the ways to introduce greater flexibility should be quicker to pick-up and learn. Additionally, it would be good to have administrative features built-in, as we have had to design and build our own in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhixFlow?

The support teams that I have worked with have all been superb, a real asset to their business. Since 2014 I have spent time with a number of them and cannot recommend the help and advice that they give, either through consultancy or via the support channels. They helped me and the team solve problems with data quality and create workflows.

They used automation and workflows to reduce manual effort, saving Opex costs on FTE and reducing human error.

The consultants are very professional. The tool is continually evolving and flexible. Couldn't have done it without Phixflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have realised the benefits of an efficient data migration process for an asset-heavy company. Phixflow solved the problem of transforming the legacy data into D365 compliant data.
