1)Pexip is one of the best tools in video conferencing and is trusted by organizations as prominent as NASA, Intel, IBM, etc. It has revolutionized the realm by providing great flexibility, interoperability, and integration to different enterprise environments.

2)The cloud service, Infinity is very reliable and well-supported. And has great compatibility with software such as Skype and MS teams for business.

1)Sometimes it can be a hassle for an individual from a non-IT background as so many options and configurations can inundate a new bee, especially from non-IT backgrounds.

Pexip is exactly the opposite of being "complicated". Do you get what I mean? No call drops, No tedious software installations, extremely good audio & video quality and works with ALL operating systems you can think of.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Pexip almost error-free, but if I've to write something, then it has to be the pricing that can be cut down (after the monthly trial) and maybe it requires very fast internet connections only for optimal performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
