What do you like best about PetDesk?

This software allows you to set the level and method of reminders that you would like to be sent out consistently saving time for receptionists as we no longer have to call about appointment reminders or manually send emails or alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PetDesk?

The only downside to this system is that not everyone appreciates the constant reminders, especially if they are still coming from other methods as well. Because I usually still call to remind clients of appointments, some have noted that they receive too many reminders. That is not a system error, though, just something to be aware for the individual you are encountering. There is also a certain demographic that frequents our hospital that doesn't understand how to use the software and though we do offer help in learning, some people are resistant. What problems is PetDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The app allows clients to confirm appointments or make changes directly from their smartphones and is easier to use than a web browser would be. You are able to set email reminders to be sent out at a certain frequency allowing for time to be saved in many areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PetDesk?

I love my pet, but it can be difficult to remember their medicine schedule and appointments - especially when I share caregiving duties with my partner. PetDesk is a convenient phone app solution that helps keep us both on task and on time so our fur-child stays healthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PetDesk?

PetDesk is only as good as the veterinary practice on the other end of the software. If changes are made to meds or appointment scheduling in an exam visit, the staff may fail to note these changes in the app. This is a user issue, however, not a problem with the software. What problems is PetDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's great to have a dedicated app for managing pet care that interfaces with the vet's office directly, instead of having one more Google calendar to pore over. It fits neatly into a busy workday schedule and sends reminders that can be adjusted in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
