It is incredible to take gifts and donations to my favorite non-profits and multiple their impact with support from my company. Unlike other corporate donation processes that create a lot of red tape and approvals, I can direct my portion of donation funds directly to where it matters most to me and keep my impact within organizations near my community. I don't have a way to use Percent Pledge without a receipt. Sometimes I make cash donations or electronic donations that don't come with a receipt which can't be matched within Percent pledge. I’ve had a Percent Pledge account for over 5 years and it remains my primary donation platform. The most striking feature of the platform is the ease of use. Every aspect of this interface, from the intuitive design to the streamlined user experience, takes a holistic and human-centered approach to giving. As a user, navigating the platform is so comfortable because my account is seamlessly integrated with the nonprofit organizations and my bank, so I all I have to do is enjoy being a donor.

Percent Pledge has a distinct feature called Cause Portfolios, which allows users to donate to multiple vetted nonprofits in a single donation. This feature takes away my stress of researching ethical organizations, helps me learn about options I hadn’t considered, AND donates to a group of organizations that aligns with my values. Also, I must add that the one time I needed help with my portfolio, the Percent Pledge customer support team was incredible — they were fast, kind, caring, and resolved my issue within minutes.

The last thing I’ll say is that aside from the ease of use, excellent customer service, and numerous diverse nonprofit organizations to donate to, the reason why I keep using Percent Pledge is because I get to see impact reports on my donations.

There are so few places in my life where I can actually *feel and measure* my impact, and I’m grateful to be able to do that on Percent Pledge — making my experience with philanthropy enjoyable, efficient and consistent so my donations can increase as I grow in my career. The only challenge I’ve been experiencing is wanting to donate to organizations worldwide and not just focus on the USA — but I haven’t known where to start. Recently I saw that Percent Pledge added more nonprofits from 200+ countries so I’m excited to expand my portfolio and make a global impact.
