What do you like best about Peopletrail?

We deal with a unique demographic that is being background checked, People Trail has the size we need to provide excellent support for all our users but small enough to work with us on customized solutions for our largest clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peopletrail?

We like to roll out some of their superstar employees when presenting our solutions and sometimes the availability doesn't always work out for them to be there in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peopletrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Peopletrail?

Trust is at the center of working with a background check company--they deal with sensitive information and we rely on them to make crucial, long-lasting decisions. Peopletrail is a company that does it all well and is easy to trust. When you need a background check, they get it done quickly, never cut corners, and handle everything professionally. Their software is cutting edge, they integrate with everything, and they pick up the phones! I highly recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peopletrail?

It's difficult to think of negative aspects of Peopletrail, since they get right almost everything that is usually a pain point when ordering background checks. All of their customer support is based in the US...and they actually answer the phones! They perform thorough searches, way beyond the typical database searches that you'll see from other companies. And they're a leader in the industry and have all of the qualifications and accreditations that you'd expect from the top players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peopletrail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peopletrail makes researching people easy so that we can make solid decisions. I want to add that while getting the information is one thing, Peopletrail gets accurate information and provides it quickly. That's what sets them apart, they are thorough AND fast. Peopletrail is so flexible for our needs. We're able to help run background checks, get back the information, and share that data in a clear way.

There have been a few issues at times, but their communication about those has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peopletrail?

At times BGCs can take a while to get back. I don't know if that's on Peopletrail or the services they pull from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Peopletrail?

Peopletrail is clear about what products and services they are offering. At times, there can be a bit of mysticism with regard to what searches/services are actually being provided on each check. This is not a problem with Peopletrail. The are also very responsive and helpful whenever a need arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peopletrail?

There isn't currently a fluent French speaker on the fulfillment team which would be beneficial for certain Canadian verifications. However, they have used translation softwares which worked satisfactorily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
