Checklists and the way you can get archived items; I like how you can always get the former employees what they need or do employment verification. I like the reports function and the help desk is always very positive and quick to fix any issues. I did not get much training when I got into this job so I also like the fact that they offer various levels and types (in-person, online, etc.) of training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

File management and Contracts. Can’t see the emails that the system sends to users which is a problem when a user says they did/did not get a communication. I do not like how we have to create contract templates, I don't really know how the fields are set-up and I keep making mistakes when I create a new template. I have used other CRM systems in the past which were easier to use to template. I also do no know the workflows very well and they don't seem intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I have the ability to cut and paste info and not have to type everything in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s hard to tell what is my district’s expectations from what TalentEd does - but I get confused as to when something needs to be “signed” and it has been sent or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
