Wish there was a better way to automate duplicate request clean up. We get a lot of duplicate requests, and while Receptive is good at raising those similar requests to customers, they ofter want to submit their own unique request and it creates a lot of work for our team to clean them up. Pendo Feedback does not allows us to prioritize feature requests based on their impact on our business. There are many glitches make it difficult for me to rank my requests and focus on the important ones. There is need to improve our feedback management process. Pendo Feedback falls short in being a product management tool. It lacks features and functionality which led us to switch to a vendor. It doesnt effectively bridge the gap between our teams perception of customer needs and what customers actually want. I appreciate how integrated the product is with the overall Pendo platform. It does a great job of helping to facilitate both internal and external product feedback on a consistent bassis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pendo Feedback does not enable us to handle and prioritize customer feedback. It fails to assist us in staying organized by not converting user input into feature requests. I like that it is connected to Pendo. This makes it easy to embed in customer environments so they don't have to search to submit feedback. And it's easy for employees to navigate to because it isn't a completely separate tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feedback quickly becomes unruly and hard to distill down and act on. This is further complicated by the inability to export feedback from Pendo. Pendo feedback is also by far the inferior product offered by Pendo and is, therefore, extremely buggy, limited in functionality, and hard to get support with. You have to change the user feedback into the feature request, losing the original language, and then there are no tools for sorting, labeling, filtering, ranking your features to prioritize what to build next. Nice way to have your customers collaborate on feature requests - they can vote and comment on each other's features so that gives us a better idea of how many people want what. This lets us prioritize in engineering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes hard for new users to login, sliders don't work quite as I'd like - I wish I could move one without affecting the others, also dislike the price Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
