I appreciate how integrated the product is with the overall Pendo platform. It does a great job of helping to facilitate both internal and external product feedback on a consistent bassis.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

The mapping of fields is fairly limited, which can make it difficult to capture all of the information we want feedback on.

**What problems is Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to capture feedback from both internal teams and our customers that is then incorporated into our product roadmapping and development efforts.

**What do you like best about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

Pendo Feedback does not enable us to handle and prioritize customer feedback. It fails to assist us in staying organized by not converting user input into feature requests. The priority meters there are glitchy not enabling us to rank and focus on the requests.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

Pendo Feedback lacks features. Unable to compete with genuine Product Management tools. Its limitations prompted us to switch to another vendor. Having the ability to automate request clean up would be better, in reducing effort.

**What problems is Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fails to bridge the gap between customer needs and our teams understanding. Pendo Feedback ( Receptive) has proven poor, in keeping our customer feedback organized. Previously we had experience which made it difficult to keep monitor of everything.

**What do you like best about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

Pendo provides very simple and easy interfece for the user backed by excelent customer support. Implementation process is quite simple and effecient. Integration with other platform is very effecient.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

Considering the vast majority of the features which are being provided by the platform. The frequency for the data to get updates is 1 hour which is not very effecient, when you expect real time information to be trakced by the platform

**What problems is Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main aspect of the operatinal usage of the pendo platform which helped us is to give us realtime insight of the product usage and to help us in prviding analytics on the entire product life cycle. We were able to identitify  key area to target which was brought out by pendo because of its amazing analytical cabability.

The feature that stands out for me is the ability to prioritize feature requests based on their value. The improved visibility, for requests makes it super easy to clean up.

Pendo Feedback (Receptive) lacks of necessary features, which led us to switch to a different tool.

Pendo Feedback has been instrumental in solving problems, for us and benefiting our business. This improvement has enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

**What do you like best about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

I like that it is connected to Pendo. This makes it easy to embed in customer environments so they don't have to search to submit feedback. And it's easy for employees to navigate to because it isn't a completely separate tool.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

The feedback quickly becomes unruly and hard to distill down and act on. This is further complicated by the inability to export feedback from Pendo. Pendo feedback is also by far the inferior product offered by Pendo and is, therefore, extremely buggy, limited in functionality, and hard to get support with.

It provides a single source of all feedback, both from internal and external sources which is great. We have a single source to point everyone to and know where to look.

**What do you like best about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

The Pendo products work well together, and it does track user feedback well. Search and predictive matching is good. Portal probably could have been useful, but never implemented.  No good roadmapping tools.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

You have to change the user feedback into the feature request, losing the original language, and then there are no tools for sorting, labeling, filtering, ranking your features to prioritize what to build next.  All the built-in priority tools are built solely on $'s, which was not our most important measure

**What problems is Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None and none. We ditched it for a real Product Management tool.  Once we tried to use it, we found it severely lacking and searched for alternate tools, and selected a different vendor.

The ability to collect and aggregate customer feedback in an actionable way.

**What do you dislike about Pendo Feedback (formerly Receptive)?**

Wish there was a better way to automate duplicate request clean up. We get a lot of duplicate requests, and while Receptive is good at raising those similar requests to customers, they ofter want to submit their own unique request and it creates a lot of work for our team to clean them up.

It is letting us hear directly from our customers what part of our products they would like us to focus on.

I love how you can collaborate between teams and with customers on what needs to be done to improve existing features and add new features.

The way the priority meters work are kinda glitchy. I can eventually rank all of my requests to "most important" by moving them up and down.

Solves the gap between what our teams say customers want, and what customers actually want.

Nice way to have your customers collaborate on feature requests - they can vote and comment on each other's features so that gives us a better idea of how many people want what. This lets us prioritize in engineering

sometimes hard for new users to login, sliders don't work quite as I'd like - I wish I could move one without affecting the others, also dislike the price

make sure you take price into consideration and look at how much you'll use it

Gets feature requests out of our support tickets and gives them their own home. Customers can work together to show us what they'd like us to prioritize

Receptive does a great job at helping our company stay organized with its thoughts and ideas surrounding our development.

I'm still pretty new to the product so I don't have a dislike yet.

Organization is key. Figure out what exactly you want it to do, then build out from there.

We are organizing the product development process using suggestions from customers and employees. So far it is working quite well to help us prioritize importance and visualize the difficulty of certain projects.
