From day #1 Peanut Butter has made it easy to administrate the program on the back end of our business, along with providing co-branded materials for staff education. Feedback from staff is that the registration process was straightforward and responsive, and information has flown through with accuracy and timeliness to our administrative team to tie it into payroll. Our support team has remained accessible beyond implementation and has attended formal and informal company events with staff attendance to lend a face to the program. I know it is beyond the control of Peanut Butter, but I do hope that in the future ERISA laws and regulations will allow for an "either/or/both" selection for participation in Student Loan Repayment and Company-sponsored Retirement programs such as 401k. I believe this would position each individual for the optimal conditions to minimize compounded interest payments while also targetting long-range goals toward wealth accumulation and retirement. The best thing about Peanut Butter is watching my student loans shrink! I liked the emails every month telling me how much closer I was to paying off my student loans.
